Marlin Statue
The roundabouts in Sabah are usually decorated with unique statues and sculptures which features the local highlight of the area. The iconic Marlin statue features a swordfish on a roundabout near the waterfront in the city centre. It was inaugurated in Feb 2000 when Kota Kinabalu achieved 'city' status.
