*Box Express is a counter to counter delivery only within Sabah. Orders to be picked up at Box Express counters at your district. The receipt will be emailed or sent through Whatsapp to you for the collection of your parcel at Box Express counters.
*Rider Delivery is only available within Kota Kinabalu. A variety of delivery companies will be used. If you need your orders urgently, please Whatsapp us at 014-6175717 so we can make arrangements to get your orders to get as fast as possible.
Estimated shipping time for Poslaju and J&T is 2-4 days; ABX is 3-5 days, and Standard Shipping takes 7 – 10 days.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 working days of order. Orders made after Sunday 5pm, Monday and Tuesday will be processed on Wednesday, as Monday and Tuesdays are our days off. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
All orders will come with a tracking number which you can track via the respective courier website. Tracking numbers will be provided in the email after orders are fulfilled.
For Poslaju , J & T and ABX Express, signatures and IC number are required by the postman upon delivery. Kindly ensure there is someone to receive the parcel. In case of a missed delivery, please contact the courier company to arrange a re-delivery or a pick-up from their office.
If you are expecting a parcel, please pick up your phone even if it’s an unknown number because it could be the postman!
Self Collection Policy
- Self Pick Up from the store option is available for purchases from our online store. During check-out, please select ‘Self Pick-up’ and the date that you wish to collect.
- Collection from the store is available during our opening hours, Wednesday – Sunday, 10:00am – 5:30pm.
- You will receive a notification email when your order is ready for collection at the store.
- If you have a placed an order and would like to pick it up on the same day or within the hour, please Whatsapp us at 014-6175717 to let you know about the urgent pick up so we can process it immediately.
- Please let us know your name and order number when you collect your order.
We are currently unable to send overseas for now except to Singapore. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Please take note that overseas deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local Customs officer for further information.
Lost or Undelivered Parcels
Please ensure all details given to us including phone number and address are accurate upon placing your order.
Please email us at email@example.com if you have not received your parcel within 10 days from the date that order has been sent.
We will not be held responsible for items lost by courier. You may file a report with the courier directly. Should this happen, we will try our best to solve it together with you. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org together with the details of your name, order no and tracking number.
